Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and procedures to identify and prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and optimize production processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline or journey worker credential in an accredited technical discipline.
  • Additional electrical and mechanical on-the-job training and demonstrated skill set preferred.
  • SAP knowledge and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with resourcefulness, originality, and initiative.
  • Understanding of functional criteria for control systems, power systems, and electronic device selection.
