Occupational Therapist Job Description

Invo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our school-based services team in Roseville, CA. As a leading provider of behavior, mental health, and therapy services in schools, centers, and communities, we are committed to inspiring and nurturing growth for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and address disorders and delays that impact students' ability to perform daily activities and reach their educational goals.
  • Develop and improve individuals' ability to independently perform tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Facilitate goal setting and objective development for each child's educational plan.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with school personnel, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
  • Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Perform other OT duties and responsibilities as required by the program and within the scope of licensure and certification.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with state laws and regulations.
