Job Title: Travel Imaging Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing. As a Travel Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with a 40-hour workweek, including every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist and possess a strong understanding of CT procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients using Siemens scanners
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilization
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging procedures
Requirements:
  • ARRT CT certification
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Siemens scanner experience preferred
  • Outpatient and inpatient work setting experience
  • Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU work setting experience preferred
  • PACS, Contrasts General skills experience
  • IV Starts, Portables, Bopsies General Skills experience preferred
  • Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, Multiplanar reconstruction CT Procedure experience
  • Aspirations/Biopsies, Brain perfusion, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Drainage, Myelography, Transplant Studies CT Procedure experience preferred
