  1. Full-Time Role (Middle School)
  2. Part-Time Role (0.5 FTE) (Elementary School)

Overview: We are looking for two committed and proficient School Psychologists to fill positions in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. The full-time role will focus on middle school students, while the part-time position (0.5 FTE) will cater to elementary school students. Both roles will encompass conducting assessments, preparing documentation, engaging in meetings, and delivering counseling services.

Primary Duties:

  • Full-Time Role (Middle School):
    • Administer psychological assessments and evaluations for middle school students.
    • Draft comprehensive reports based on evaluation outcomes.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Provide individual and group counseling as necessary.
    • Work alongside educators, parents, and school personnel to enhance students' mental health and academic performance.
  • Part-Time Role (0.5 FTE) (Elementary School):
    • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary school students.
    • Prepare detailed reports based on assessment findings.
    • Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
    • Offer counseling services to students as needed.
    • Collaborate closely with educators and parents to address students' psychological and educational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Minnesota.
  • Experience in conducting evaluations, report writing, and providing counseling in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively with school staff, parents, and students.
