Role Summary

Voya Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior ESG Quantitative Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ESG Investment Research team, you will apply quantitative research methods to ESG data to develop insights with proven investment value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain proprietary ESG scoring models and approaches
  • Lead the synthesis of data from multiple vendors into our proprietary scorecard
  • Collaborate with IT to guide implementation and ensure seamless integration
  • Assist with the management and delivery of ESG information and analytics to investment teams
  • Advance ESG integration process for private asset classes, addressing challenges related to data sharing and issuer mapping

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in quantitative modeling and/or full-stack development in a financial markets setting
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
  • Strong object-oriented computer programming skills in Python, with experience in building Dash web applications
  • Familiarity with system architecture and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to transform raw data into insights that drive investment decisions
