Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will elevate the standard of care by delivering clinical expertise and compassionate support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status in accordance with established protocols.
- Developing, implementing, and assessing patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Providing direct nursing care and overseeing non-licensed staff in compliance with established guidelines.
- Offering education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, and condition, integrating family teaching into nursing practice.
- Administering specialized care, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, blood transfusions, and managing complex medical devices.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A valid registered nurse license in the state of practice or an active compact license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred prior clinical experience.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
