- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
- Prior successful experience as an HVAC Technician, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, as well as maintain a clean driving record.
