Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Care Specialist

Cape Regional Home Health Care Managed by BAYADA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our Cape May Court House, NJ office. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs and goals
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient conditions and provide skilled care
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in NJ
  • Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
