About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Salem, Virginia for a 13-week travel assignment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various equipment and technologies.
- Operate computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and fluoroscopy equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice.
- 2+ years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital or medical imaging setting.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
