Position Overview: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is on the lookout for a Senior Industrial Security Operations Specialist to enhance its security division. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the management of intricate special access programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for a range of expanding special access initiatives, providing comprehensive security support.
- Manage personnel and physical security measures, offer policy guidance, oversee classification processes, and ensure subcontractor security compliance.
- Devise innovative security strategies that align with mission objectives while adhering to client expectations and security protocols.
- Act as the main security liaison with program staff, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proven experience in applying national security regulations, including NISPOM and DoD Volumes 14.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide informed security advice based on limited data.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation completed within the last six years.
- Knowledge of JADE, SIMS, DISS, and SAP security compliance.
- Prior experience in DoD Special Programs as a CPSO or physical security expert.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
