We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Envision Physician Services in Arlington, Texas.

About the Role:

As a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work closely with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of newborns and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and respiratory support
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and make decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
