SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Operations Manager. With a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

About the Role:

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our physical therapy practice. This includes managing patient scheduling, follow-up, registration, insurance verifications, payment processing, record updating, reporting, inventory, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting and possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy (EMR Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for the operations team.
  • Collaborate with upper management to meet practice goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members.
