Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide general nursing care to patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and prepare equipment for physician-assisted treatments. Additionally, the RN will observe patient conditions, record significant incidents, and notify supervisors or physicians as needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide general nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations
- Observe patient conditions, record significant incidents, and notify supervisors or physicians as needed
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients, as required
- May serve as a leader for a group of personnel rendering nursing care to multiple patients
- A valid and current RN license issued within the US
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language for effective communication with staff and patients
Health Advocates Network offers a competitive rate of $58-$64.44 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. This is a registry position, and candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for the higher rate.
