About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Alcohol Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
  • Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • A passionate and licensed LADC or ADC-T with a desire to help individuals overcome addiction.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Someone who is committed to ongoing professional development.
