We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab America. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or medical crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' levels of function in areas including speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
- Establish and carry out individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
- Participate in patient care conferences and family conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide input and assist in implementing program development to improve patient outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current State of Tennessee Driver's License.
- Current Auto liability Insurance according to Company Policy.
