**Job Summary**

Carriage Inn Bryan seeks a highly motivated and organized Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning and executing events and activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being among our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents through participation in activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and events.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license and driving record that meets our company requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
