Speech-Language Therapist for California Schools

As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will work with a preschool setting, providing high-quality teletherapy services to students with speech and language disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying student needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and developing effective therapy strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teletherapy services to students addressing a range of speech and language disorders.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and create IEPs.
- Develop and implement therapy strategies tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Stay current with educational and therapeutic best practices, including developments in teletherapy.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.
- Prior experience working in a school setting required.
- ASHA Certification required.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and related technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
