Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $12-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience. As a full-time crew member, you can also expect competitive base pay plus commission opportunities, as well as benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Job Description

As a Car Wash Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable car wash experience. This includes warmly welcoming each guest, assisting them throughout the wash process, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. You will also work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized, and become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a sociable personality, a desire to work as part of a team serving the public, and the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time. You must also be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary, and have reliable transportation to and from the car wash. Proof of being at least 16 years old is also required.
