Client Profile: The client is an elderly gentleman requiring assistance with personal care tasks, including the application of TED stockings, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Assistance is needed for two hours each day, with flexible timing options.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support to enable seniors to live safely in their homes

  • Provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and communicate any concerns to a supervisor
  • Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring clear pathways
  • Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Qualifications for Home Health LNAs:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid LNA license in NH
  • Preferred: Six months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
  • Valid NH driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Empathetic nature with strong communication skills
