Incident Management:
Review and resolve incidents arising from:
  • Operation Command Center Alerts
  • Enterprise Monitoring Operations Alerts
  • OMNIBUS and Splunk Alerts

Change Management:
Deploy application-related artifacts to production environments during approved release windows.
Report deployment issues and collaborate with Development Teams to resolve them.

Work Order Management:
Address work orders related to business or functional queries, ad-hoc testing, verification, and validation from regional product and customer support teams.

Traffic Management:
Execute traffic routing to support infrastructure maintenance activities.

Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct detailed root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and implement corrective actions.
Take preventive measures as necessary.

User Acceptance Testing Support:
Assist the Product team and regional customer support in UAT testing.

Onboarding Support:
Configure applications and artifacts to facilitate new customer onboarding to the platform.
Test file processing and report delivery for newly onboarded customers.

Change Ticket Management:
Initiate new change tickets and secure necessary approvals, including CAB approvals.
Review and approve change tickets.

Documentation:
Create Confluence pages for newly analyzed work orders and incidents, detailing resolution steps.

Collaboration:
Engage with customers on ad-hoc queries.
Collaborate with Development and Testing teams for defect analysis using production-simulated data.

Automation:
Develop automation scripts to reduce incidents and enhance operational processes.

Post-Incident Reporting:
Assist customers in completing Post Incident Reports (PIR) for high-impact incidents.

War Room Participation:
Participate in or initiate War Room calls for incidents affecting application availability or customer impact.
