About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer to lead our Verification and Validation (V&V) efforts for complex electromechanical medical devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing V&V activities to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the verification and validation of complex systems involving end-to-end therapy
  • Develop and update test protocols and procedures for new and existing products at therapy, system, and subsystem levels
  • Plan, design, and execute test strategies for large-scale programs or multiple smaller projects
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure testability, design traceability, and test coverage
  • Identify and drive solutions to complex technical problems
  • Develop and manage processes and tools required to support V&V activities
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in V&V testing (software, hardware, and system)
  • Relevant technical testing/reliability experience in electro-mechanical, electrical, or software testing
  • Understanding of hardware and software product design methodologies and test practices
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
