Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team at Wilshire Law Firm. As a key member of our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the maximum compensation they deserve for their wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large volume of Personal Injury pre-litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and medical providers.
  • Analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment, providing expert guidance to clients and medical professionals.
  • Coordinate client medical treatment, including surgery, injections, and infusions, ensuring seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Prepare files for submission to the demands department, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong medical knowledge, including surgeries, injections, infusions, and other relevant treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Litify or Salesforce experience is a plus, as is Spanish fluency.
