This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Upsell souvenirs, desserts, and other menu items to increase revenue.
  • Identify utensil locations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Answer phones, take to-go orders, and provide timely assistance to customers.
  • Stock warmers, silverware, and other essential supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy on tray vision and weight tickets.
  • Input tips and manage cash handling responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, gift cards, and credit card machines.
  • TABC certification and ServSafe - Food Handler certification.
