- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare practices.
- Ongoing pursuit of continuing education credits in clinical subjects, management, and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company software.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam, if required.
