Weekend Baylor RN

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland is seeking a skilled Weekend Baylor RN to join our team. As a Weekend Baylor RN, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area.

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

• Current NYS RN Licensure, BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical.
• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
