Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at Mullins Mechanical & Welding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing sheet metal components for various industrial and commercial projects.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including fabricating machines, drill presses, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install sheet metal components, including ductwork, vents, and other equipment
• Operate fabricating machines, drill presses, and hand tools to shape and assemble metal components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Valid journeyman license and relevant industry experience
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
