At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document and initialize the Daily Log to track resident information.
- Receive medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.
- Assist with and observe medications and treatments for each resident.
- Ensure medications are passed according to schedule.
- Document and report any resident concerns or issues.
- Restock medication carts and maintain a clean and organized medication room.
- Assist with checking medication and counting narcotics.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- LPN or LVN license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to react calmly in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
