Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Midwest City, OK. This is a full-time position available for the entire school year, offering a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with an assigned caseload of students across multiple school sites, including elementary, middle, and high schools. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students, ensuring their educational and communication needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention strategies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in WA state.
  • Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
