About the Role:
As a vital member of our expanding team, you will contribute significantly to enhancing our asset management capabilities. Your role will involve assisting clients in optimizing the value derived from their assets while addressing long-term challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Asset Management Advisor, you will:
  • Provide expert advisory services to infrastructure clients across various sectors.
  • Focus on critical areas such as regulatory business planning, asset strategy, service delivery, risk management, and asset management maturity.
  • Support the wider organization in implementing asset management best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Asset Management and other team members.

Working Environment:
We embrace a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home and client locations. Regular travel to client offices will be required.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Institute of Asset Management Diploma or Certificate.
  • Chartered status in a relevant institution or actively pursuing chartership.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure asset management, particularly within the water, gas, or electricity sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to achieve specific objectives.
  • Expertise in asset strategy, regulatory business planning, and asset planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK regulated utilities industry.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by UK infrastructure clients.
  • Familiarity with ISO55001 principles, with a commitment to professional development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
