Job Summary:

Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems, performing vehicle inspections, and communicating directly with our Service Advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and recommend maintenance services to customers.
  • Communicate directly with our Service Advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs, including repair orders and customer invoices.
  • Participate in ongoing company and manufacturer training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest repair techniques and technologies.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an auto Service Technician, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Must have your own hand tools and be able to use them effectively in a fast-paced repair environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information, including repair manuals and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently.
