Job Description

At Mondelez International, we're seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the effective execution of our merchandising plans in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales service representatives to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve in-store execution.
  • Collaborate with district managers to ensure merchandising standards are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising execution and provide coaching and feedback to sales service representatives.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other key stakeholders to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • Previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
