Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Mental Health Care Professional to join our team at an outpatient addiction treatment facility in Connecticut:

  • This role is focused on treating additions and co-occurring disorders for adult patients.
  • A supportive team environment with no weekends or call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treating adult patients suffering from addictions and co-occurring disorders.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including a Psychiatrist, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

About the Opportunity:

  • An all-adult patient base with a reasonable caseload of 8-10 patients per day.
  • No weekend or night shifts required.
  • Competitive salary range: $135K-$165K, plus a sign-on bonus.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is included in this role.
