Mountain Adventure Guide

Are you a nature enthusiast with a passion for guiding others? Do you have experience in outdoor recreation and naturalism? We are seeking an Adventure Guide to join our team at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.

• Lead guided tours in a safe and professional manner, engaging guests and providing an informative experience about the area and its surroundings.
• Ensure guests have a positive and enriching experience that exceeds their expectations.
• Teach guests the use of safety equipment and ensure correct fit, adjustment, and use of equipment before and during activity participation.
• Conduct daily inspections of safety gear and equipment and report any hazards or malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Provide exceptional customer service through patience and sensitivity to guest fears and concerns.

• Experience as a naturalist or outdoor recreation guide preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous rock climbing experience preferred for guiding Canopy Tours and West Wall Climbs.
• Ability and comfort working at heights of 200+ feet.
• Strong leadership and teaching skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and associates.
