Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Coordination: Assist the warehouse manager in coordinating daily work activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely shipments.
  • System Enhancement: Collaborate with the production manager to improve system records, enhance data entry processes, and optimize inventory management.
  • Shipment Management: Arrange daily shipments, master the shipment process, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with Spanish-speaking employees regarding warehouse tasks and fulfillment, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish
  • Work Experience: Relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with inventory management systems and software such as Microsoft Excel/Word
