Position Title: Supervisor - Radiation Therapy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of Radiation Therapy services to guarantee high standards of care, efficiency, and seamless patient experiences. This role operates under the guidance of the department Manager and/or Director.
- Responsible for managing the scheduling of patient simulations and treatments.
- Develop and maintain work schedules for radiation therapy staff.
- Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in the annual performance evaluations of radiation therapy team members.
- Engage in the annual competency assessments for radiation therapy staff.
- Monitor daily treatment charges to ensure accurate billing and capture of all services rendered.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and patients.
- Provide orientation and mentorship to newly hired radiation therapists.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, quality control measures, and adherence to radiation safety protocols.
- Design and implement educational programs aimed at fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
Qualifications:
Position Title: Supervisor - Radiation Therapy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program
- Field of Study: Radiologic Technology
- Experience: Minimum of 4 Years in the Field
Certifications:
- ARRT-T Radiation Therapy Certification (ARRT-T)
Compensation: $36-52/hour
