Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at two residential communities in the Delaware, OH area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of our communities, ensuring exceptional product readiness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and/or grounds keepers
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets
  • Oversee unit rehabilitation and capital improvement projects
  • Perform and oversee resident service requests
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Tech
  • Excellent skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage 1-2 maintenance techs
  • Great customer service attitude
  • Ability to successfully manage capital improvement projects
