Position: Cultivation Technician

Supervision:

• Directly reports to Cultivation Supervisors and Team Leads, with additional guidance from the Assistant Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Manager.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
  • 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional early or delayed start times based on the Cultivation Production Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of all produced items.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Document all sanitation activities in the appropriate logs.
• Perform daily plant care tasks such as pruning and trellising.
• Keep vegetative, flowering, and drying areas clean and fully functional.
  • Regularly sweep and mop floors.
  • Clear all leaves from trays.
  • Remove and log waste at the end of each day.
• Monitor and record all grow room data as instructed.
• Transplant and harvest plants as needed.
• Clean and charge equipment.
• Report any leaks or malfunctioning equipment.
• Participate in overall facility cleanliness, including room resets.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• Positive and energetic demeanor.
• Reliable work ethic and professionalism.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• Knowledge of cannabis preferred.
• Experience in plant care or horticulture is advantageous.
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license or state identification.
• Must successfully pass all required background checks.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
• Must comply with all legal and company regulations for industry work.
• Frequent lifting of up to 30+ pounds of materials within work areas (100 pounds with assistance).
• This role may involve extended periods of standing or moving.
• Comfortable working in variable conditions, including high temperatures and humidity.
• Willingness to work on lifts or heavy equipment at heights exceeding 6 feet.
