Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will be responsible for devising detailed treatment and care plans for each patient, communicating with physicians to ensure consistent care, and documenting patient progress in our electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions
  • Communicate with patients' physicians to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in our EMR system
  • Exercise independent judgment to implement evidence-based treatment combinations
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
Qualifications
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
