Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Leave and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This full-time position offers a salary of $65,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage the entire leave process, including keeping proper and timely documentation, interpreting and administering leave policies, and advising employees on leave procedures. Additionally, they will assist employees regarding eligibility concerns, open claims in the absence management system when needed, and ensure that HIPAA and Employee Privacy guidelines are effectively executed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of HR experience, with a minimum of three years of leave administration. Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations and worker's compensation laws is essential. Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software are also required.
