Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Select Medical. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to our hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain adequate drug supplies, inform and instruct patients on medications, and participate in patient drug therapy monitoring. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical support to the hospital pharmacy function
* Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy
* Inform and instruct patients on medications
* Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring
* Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs

Qualifications:

* Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure
* Current State licensure required
* BLS if required by State
* Must maintain a current license in the state of practice

Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:

* Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency is preferred
