Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at All American Water Restoration, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential restoration and construction, with expertise in writing estimates using Xactimate Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to job sites to provide field dimensions, meet with clients, and perform other activities as required.
  • Acquire and upload visual or physical documentation of the project, including photos, virtual tours, and material samples.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and management.
  • Manage all aspects of obtaining access to job sites and writing estimates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to efficiently quote new opportunities.
  • Work with clients and insurance adjusters to provide accurate and thorough estimates.
  • Provide and maintain documented daily project updates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential restoration and construction.
  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience writing estimates using Xactimate Software.
  • Xactimate Level One certification preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to sell the company's services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with challenges and adversity.
