Valet/Bell Attendant

Valet/Bell Attendant Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet/Bell Attendant to join our team at Sycuan Casino. As a Valet/Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a computerized valet parking system, ensuring accurate and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other items, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with special events and projects.

Requirements:

• 6 months guest service experience
• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D.
• Bell and door service experience at a premium hotel
• Experience in a gaming environment
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
• Ability to complete forms and documents
• Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
• Ability to accept constructive criticism
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk and run for up to eight hours at a time in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to appear for work on time
• Knowledge of Computerized Valet Parking System software
