Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Company Driver (W2, Solo) to join our team. As a Dry Van and Refrigerated driver, you will be responsible for hauling goods across the country. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods
  • Ensuring the safe and secure transportation of cargo
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service
Home Time and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $1,400 - $2,000 total weekly average pay
  • $1,200 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
  • $0.55 - $0.60 CPM
  • 2,500 - 3,500 average miles per week

Core Responsibilities

As a driver for Bela Flor Nurseries Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting vehicles, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety and security
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Being available for work at all times to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules
Orientation Details

We offer a comprehensive orientation program, including:

Hiring Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only, or (M) Medical Variance
  • Have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience
