About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our PACU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients who have undergone surgical procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their recovery.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the PACU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience in a PACU or critical care setting preferred.
