We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident documentation, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
