Job Summary

Mission Hospital seeks an experienced CRNA to join our leadership team as Facility Chief - Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This role reports directly to the Facility, Division or National Chief APP and serves as a liaison between the HCA Anesthesia service line and facility APPs and Anesthesiologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in recruitment activities to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of service line expansion
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Participate in various leadership meetings and facilitate APP team meetings
  • Participate in clinical care as needed to support critical functions with other members of the anesthesia team
  • Role model and support a culture based on professionalism, respect, collaboration, and integrity
