Overview: U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that customers receive all the help they need. Your duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers with rentals, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
  • Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
  • Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring.
  • Fulfill other job-related tasks as assigned.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
