Job Title:
Electrical Engineer - Analog and Digital Design

Job Summary:
This Electrical Engineering position is in a fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring tasking flexibility to meet ever-changing customer objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications, including analog and digital circuit design, circuit tolerance analysis, and requirements development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications
• Conduct circuit tolerance analysis using hand calculations and Spice tools
• Develop requirements and ensure compliance
• Generate test plans and test reports related to product performance
• Perform test activities in all phases of product development cycle
• Assist in failure investigations using structured tools
• Generate material for design reviews for all phases of product development cycle
• Generate Engineering Orders (EOs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of directly related experience. Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of directly related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience designing Electronic Safety and Arming Devices (ESADs) and Ignition Safety Devices IAW MIL-STD-1316 and MIL-STD-1901A
• 2+ years of experience presenting ESAD/ESAF/ISD designs to the Safety Review Boards (AFSRB, FISTRP, NNMSB)
• 2+ years of experience energetic materials interfacing/testing (EFDIs, LEEFIs, Lead Charges, Boosters)
• 2+ years of design for extreme environments (Vibration, Shock, Temperature, Temperature & Humidity)
• Team Player with excellent communication skills to work effectively across different engineering disciplines
• 3+ years of experience lead a large scale technical project from start to completion with minimal guidance
• 3+ years of experience in preparing and participating in design reviews (internal and external)
