We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU department. This is a PRN position, working three out of four weekends, with a 7pm-7am shift.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient care and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license, if considered a multi-state/Compact State.
- A diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
