Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. This role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney disease-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Direct Patient Care: Spend most of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.">
  • Techincian Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.">
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Work with patients who suffer from end-stage renal disease and educate them on kidney disease-related topics.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required">
  • Comfortable Working Around Blood and Needles">
  • Ability to Mix Acid or Bicarb">
  • Physical and Mental Ability to Work Long Hours (Some Shifts Are 12+ Hours)">
  • Willingness to Train and Work Across Multiple Clinics">
  • Healthcare Experience Preferred">

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and education assistance.
